Badminton Competition 2007

4 August 2007
The participants came as early as 7am on Saturday morning to the venue in Damaasara Utama Multi-purpose hall for the badminton competition organized by DJROA. This year we received entry from as young as 11 years old participant. It’s a good sign as DJROA always encourage youth to take part in our activities. We hope that more youths will come forward to participant in our future activities. 4 categories: Men Single, Men Double, Women Single and Mixed Double were drawn for this year competition and the winners were:

Men Single

Men Double
Champion : Roshan & Wilson Tan
2nd : Wong Ket Sing & Wong Wei Huang
3rd : Lee Hong Teik & Loh Ken Zen

Runner-up : Gabrina Tan Ying Qin

Mixed Double
Champion : Cedric Chung & Chang Wern Lin
Runner-up : Wong Ket Sing & Doris Tan

The winners will receive their prizes on 19 October 2007 during DJROA Annual Dinner at Grand Ballroom Tropicana Golf and Country Club.
